Refusing Delivery
If you refuse to pay Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT's or any other fee's or taxes levied by the country to which your order was shipped, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by said authorities. If this occurs you will not be entitled to any refund from the EJ's Sunglasses LLC or any of its affiliated partners.

Express Delivery Policy


In order to serve you better EJ's Sunglasses is proud to offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day express delivery. Notice in order to receive your order according to your shipment method, you must place the order by 11 am central time. Any order placed after this time will be shipped out the following business day. Please also have a daytime phone number where we can reach you, should a shipping problem arise.

  • The competing dealer's principle business must be located with the United States.

  • Our Price Matching Policy cannot be combined with any competitor's coupons, rebates, or promotional offers.

  • Some items may not be eligible for price matching due to the manufacturer's pricing requirements.

  • We may limit the quantities eligible for price-matching, particularly if the other company also limits quantities. In addition we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any one customer.

  • The competitor must have their contact information listed on their website. (i.e. - Phone Number, Address, and Email Address)

  • The price match policy is subject to change or termination at anytime.

    If we are unable to verify that the above conditions have been met, we will notify you that we will require additional information to verify the price matches.

    Return Policy


    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Please read the following information carefully, and call or email with any questions.

    All returns must be sent to EJ's, not to the manufacturer. Sunglasses,goggles and/or watches must be re-packaged as they were received. Items not received in new condition and with all the original packaging, will not be credited.

    Failure to send returned or exchanged items back to the correct address could result in improper crediting.

    You have 30 days from the time of shipment to return or exchange your items All items returned within this time frame can be fully refunded or exchanged less shipping charges.

    Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective

    Worn or imperfect items are not returnable or exchangeable.

    We suggest delivery confirmation type of shipping on all returns or exchanges.

    Discontinued items may not be returned for refund or exchange.
